CT Hackerspace is a DIY and Technology oriented group located in Watertown, Connecticut. We provide a community workshop and prototyping center to help make your ideas real.

We are the First and Oldest Makespace in Connecticut and we have lasted this long for a reason, and that reason is you! CT Hackerspace’s goal has always been to build a community of makers that collaborate and learn together no matter who they are, or where they come from.

We can't wait to meet you, so come down and join our making family! We have a 4,000 sq ft space full of tools, materials and knowledgeable members, who are willing to help turn your idea into an achievable project.

    Ct Hackerspace's Action meetings !

    Ideas require actions for best results. Members of the CT Hackerspace's board invite any members of the community to join them in Action meeting night.

    At CTH Action meetings, The board will discuss in more detail the plans for CTH and dive into the details and actions to move the space's improvements and growth forward.

    If you are interested, and would like to be more involved in shaping the future and potential of CT Hackerspace, we invite you to attend to participate and take action!

    Decisions are made by those who show up!

    Items in our upcoming Action meeting include, but not limited to tasks committed to at previous action meetings, add any new pertinent items, and ANYTHING you want to improve our workshop.

    Our Retro Computing meeting is for people to discuss old computers and related topics such as software, operating systems and experiences. We plan on also reconditioning old machines, build kits for modern usage, and car pool to related events. We welcome all of those who just love retro computers and computing.
